Concessions Volunteers Needed – Parent Support Required

As a parent of a Jones Middle School athlete, we need your help!

To ensure our athletic events run smoothly, coaches require that each in-season athlete have a parent or guardian work at least one concessions shift during the season their athlete is participating in.

Most parents choose a time when their athlete is not playing. Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your shift begins, or as soon as the game you’re watching ends.

Shifts are divided into adult slots and student slots. Please make sure you are signing up under the correct category. We must make sure there are always adults present when students are working. *student shifts are for high schoolers looking to fulfill service hours, not middle school athletes.

All volunteers must fill out a Prosper ISD background check prior to working concessions. This background check must be completed if you will be on any Prosper ISD campus throughout the year (there are not school specific background checks). Please fill this form out as soon as possible.

We’re responsible for staffing the concession stand at the following home games.

If no slots are showing, all volunteer spots have been filled.
Shifts are divided into Adult and Student (high school students only—not middle school athletes).
Please be sure to sign up in the correct category. If a student concessions slot is not showing, it means they have all been filled. Students should not sign up for an adult concessions slot.
Be sure to include your athlete’s name in the notes section when signing up.
