Concessions Volunteers Needed – Parent Support Required
As a parent of a Jones Middle School athlete, we need your help!
To ensure our athletic events run smoothly, coaches require that each in-season athlete have a parent or guardian work at least one concessions shift during the season their athlete is participating in.
Most parents choose a time when their athlete is not playing. Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your shift begins, or as soon as the game you’re watching ends.
Shifts are divided into adult slots and student slots. Please make sure you are signing up under the correct category. We must make sure there are always adults present when students are working. *student shifts are for high schoolers looking to fulfill service hours, not middle school athletes.
All volunteers must fill out a Prosper ISD background check prior to working concessions. Please fill this form out as soon as possible if you have not yet this year.

We’re responsible for staffing the concession stand at the following home games. Click on the date you’d like to work, choose a time slot, and sign up.
📌 Important Notes:
- If no slots are showing, all volunteer spots have been filled.
- Shifts are divided into Adult and Student (high school students only—not middle school athletes).
- Be sure to include your athlete’s name in the notes section when signing up.
